Elevando el Listón Para La Educación es una campaña de un mes, juntando donaciones de todo tipo para apoyar a LRLC y su misión-proveer acceso equitativo a la educación para estudiantes de bajos recursos que han sido víctimas de discriminación y a quienes se les ha negado acceso debido a sus discapacidades, su raza, su etnia, o a causa de su situación en el sistema de justicia juvenil o en el sistema de crianza temporal.

Many of Learning Rights’ clients live at or below the poverty line.

Learning Rights’ clients are disproportionately denied access to a public education on the basis of disability and/or discrimination.

Learning Rights’ clients cannot afford a lawyer and cannot get equitable access to public education without our assistance.

LRLC is the only legal nonprofit organization that offers free training in education rights and advocacy to extremely vulnerable families who cannot afford an education rights attorney to fight for their children.
